










The 2011 Coatesville Christmas Parade, the largest parade in Chester County, marched down Lincoln Highway in Coatesville Pennsylvania at 10 AM, Saturday December 3rd. Featuring The Lukens Band, celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2011, as Grand Marshal, sports team mascots included the Philly Phanatic and Mad Dog, Quaker City, Avalon and Duffy string bands, school groups, school bands, community groups, antique, classic and modified autos, ...even the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile..., police and fire apparatus. Over 150 entries marched the 1.5 mile parade route kicking off the holiday season and escorting Santa into town.
There is no cost to enter the Parade. The money needed to fund the Parade is raised from donations by individuals, businesses, and organizations in the Chester County area.
